Oftentimes we don't notice which content drains us of energy, versus which uplifts us. The solution is extreme filtering. That means you look at each piece of content, and if it contributes no value to your life, you unfollow the author. You unsubscribe. Brain space is valuable, and authors need to respect that. Do your part to train your algorithms by unfollowing, unfriending, unsubscribing. Tend the garden.

I have tried this but I think consuming content in general is exhausting.
